MD Mining Centrifugal Pump is mainly used for mining, flow components and damaged parts are made of a wear-resistant material, for conveying solid particles content is not more than15%, the temperature below 80 °C neutral mine water and similar other sewage.
MD Mining Centrifugal Pump with a feature of high power, high efficiency, wide range of performance, safety, low noise, long life, etc is used for conveying water free of solid particles (abrasive) or physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids, it can also transport water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media and so on by changing the pump material (or the material of pump flow), the sealing form or pressuring the cooling system.
The MD type horizontal mining multistage pump rotor part mainly consists of a shaft and an impeller, a bushing, a balance disc and the like mounted on the shaft, wherein the number of impellers depends on the number of stages of the pump. The on-axis part is fastened to the shaft by a flat key and a shaft nut. The whole rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings at both ends. The bearings are different according to the model, and they are not subjected to axial force, and the axial force is balanced by the balance disc. The pump allows the rotor to move axially in the pump casing during operation and cannot use radial ball bearings. The rolling bearing is greasy and lubricated. The sliding bearing is lubricated with thin oil and self-lubricated with oil ring and cooled by circulating water. The sealing surface between the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section of the pump is sealed with molybdenum disulfide grease, and a sealing ring and a vane sleeve are sealed between the rotor part and the fixed part, and the sealing ring and the vane sleeve are sealed. The degree of wear and tear must be replaced when it affects the performance of the pump.
Mine multi-stage pumps are available in mechanical seals and packing seals. When the pump is sealed with packing, the position of the packing ring should be properly placed, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, so that the liquid can be oozing one drop at a time. The various sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealed cavity, and a certain pressure of water is introduced into the cavity, and water seal, water cooling or water lubrication is allowed. A replaceable bushing is fitted to the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.

Applications
MD type mine wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump. This type of water pump is used for conveying neutral mineral water with a solid particle content of not more than 1.5% (particle size less than 0.5 mm). Similar to other sewage, the temperature of the medium to be transported is not more than 80 °C, which is suitable for steel plants, mine drainage, sewage transportation and other occasions.
